Solid food!

Matilda had her first solid food today. Sweet potato was a hit!

I love:

Putting things in my mouth

Swatting at hair

Running in the stroller

Putting my feet in the sand

Pulling at grass

Being in the Johnny jump up

Sitting in the activity walker

Trying to pet Miles and Spoon

I can:

Roll both ways!

Do push-ups

Get on my hands and knees and rock back and forth

Push myself backwards around the room on my belly

Do downward dog

We went to the beach for the first time this summer. Matilda even got her feet wet. She liked the feeling of the sand between her toes.

22 Weeks!

Big day/night

Last night Matilda had so many firsts. She slept in her bed from the beginning of the night to the end. She rolled onto her belly and slept on her belly. Of course I accidentally mistook this as her waking up at 3:40 this morning and woke her up, but she fell asleep and did it again until 6:45! This is the latest she has slept in without help. And she woke up and without getting upset rolled herself back over! I watched her try to figure it out in her crib and by the time I got to her room she had done it! I wish I had taken a picture of her on the monitor, but after not enough sleep, it is hard to think of these things in a timely fashion.
